A grenade attack happened last evening in Kamembe city, in Rusizi district in the western province of Rwanda, according to eye witness.
The blast happened in Kamambe near a bar where football fans had finished watching a match between Rwanda and Ethiopia.
The Police confirmed that four people have been injured as the hunt for the ones behind the attack is on
Nshimiyimana,a local in the area told bbc that the bomb was hauled in front of the bar along the street lane four in a place called ‘site’
According to the eye witness, the person or people behind the attack wanted to target the fans at bar
Police says the attack happened at around 7:30 pm and left four wounded who are currently undergoing treatment in the hospital
A similar attack happened in July 2011 in Kamambe that left 21 dead.
